I tried my 78200 GMT II complete bracelet on a friends 16710 and it is a straight swap, I also removed the easylink clasp from the 78200 bracelet and fitted that to the 16710 bracelet and that was a straight swap too
So you have two options, buy a full 78200 bracelet or just buy the easylink clasp
