Yeah I understand it's a business to them. I'm more curious on if they get mad if they make a quote and you end up walking away from it. Does it end up looking bad on you? Do they refrain from doing business with you in the future or do they just move along?
I think I get the idea here that they could really care less, give them an email and if I don't like the deal now, then walk away. That simple
