Grand Seiko's Titanium alloy is labelled as Hi Intensity – I'm not sure if it's proprietary or just a different grade instead of the generic Grade 5 the Swiss use.
It polishes to a lustre like that of SS, but like any highly reflective surface when sufficiently scratched, it won't be as lustrous.
If such concerns are your primary focus, then you be better off looking at something ceramic.
