Great write-up! Two things to note:
1. I have also seen variants of the 16700 with the "swiss made" dial instead of just "swiss", although I can't confirm whether these are all service dials or if some of them actually came from the factory like that.
2. The 16700 is actually slightly thinner than the 16710, 11.8mm vs 12.4mm
