I have been taking cortisone shots for a few years, trying to put the replacement off while I can.
My doctor had mentioned rooster comb shots as well. I have not tried that.
I talked to a friend that had them and it has lasted 3 years. So I think I might give that a try during my next cortisone break, (You take them for 3 quarters and 4th quarter you are supposed to skip.)
