I just this past weekend got a Blackstone setup and fired up for the first time. Launch mission was burgers and Waffle House hash browns - yes, I went WH and they sold me a full jug of HBs.

I am old school, fire and smoke for meat (as God intended), but I gotta say this was pretty awesome. My wife made the comment "this is so good, I don't even understand whats happening in my mouth right now." And she can flat cook. My son went for seconds, there was not a single hash brown shred left to be found.

I'm now a big Blacksone guy....from way back.

Anyone else? What do you like to cook?
