Correct. White flakey fillets, no “fishy” taste at all. My favorite fresh water fish to eat and our main target species here in the North central US.
If you ever have the desire to come to North Dakota please let me know. I love taking others out to fish. We have one of the largest man made reservoirs in the US and one of, if not the best walleye fisheries in the country
