Help to ID my GMT
Hello all,
I just inherited a GMT from my grand father (He was a pilot)
I dont want to remove the bracelet to find out the serial but I think is a 16750.
So i have read a lot of good info in the forum however is a bit overwhelming for my untrained eye. Having said that this are the facts: the order of the hands are: hour, GMT, min, sec.
It doesnt have the word "date" after "perpetual"
It does have "Superlative Chronometer" and at the very bottom of the dial it says "T Swiss T" you can change the date without changing the
Hour. It wont glow in the dark and the bezel wont turn.
I wanted to know if its a 16750? What year aprox? Is it a "Bart Simpson"? Is it a "Cornino"? Is it a glossy, a matte or gilded? Does it have the "nipple" hour hand?
Do you think the dial is original or it has been changed during servicing?
Any info helps and thanks a lot!
