I discussed warranty cards with DavidSW and he said all old cards will eventually get replaced at ADs with the white cards even if it happens to be an old unsold V-serial.
After further thought I don't think my theory on dial font has anything to do with it but rather there was some cutoff in the random serial range where all Milgauss GV were switched to all blue lume. So technically I have an older random serial that missed the cutoff for all blue -- I'm actually glad it did.
The blue on the 3,6,9 isn't very good compared to the green.
