The AD's i know allocate pieces like these by the top folk of the AD before it gets to the Sales Manager let alone rep. Also considering how much money is on the table for this sort of stuff wouldn't shock me in the slightest if it's backdoored for their gain. They won't have this opportunity forever and they need to make as much money as they can while they can. I can't blame them as annoying as it is.
