The dial was definitely replaced at some point. The watch now has a Daytona service dial, aka "Little Red." Bracelet is later too (much more minor).

Still a very nice/cool Daytona, but value-wise it takes a big hit because of the service dial.

To find a value, you can peruse the sales sections here and over on VRF, archives of well-known dealers, Chrono24 and even eBay, just to get an idea. The tricky part will be finding an example with a service dial, of course.
