One thing for sure is to make sure you spend some time actually trying them on. Most of the modern G-Shocks are ridiculously ginormous. My wife bought me a Mudmaster on Amazon and it looked like a wall clock on my wrist. She picked it based on features but it was somewhere around 54mm. One look and we were both like “um..... no!”

We sent it back and after some research and shopping around, I found the AWG-M100. Perfect with some Jays and Kays metal end links and a Zulu. I actually enjoy wearing it.
