I have both, and you have to if you can.

Believe me, the Lange movement and its finishes are above Patek.
On the other hand PP has a better aura, recognition, and value retention. I also find it more useful to have the day, date, month indications than a chrono.
So for me it's a slight advantage to the 5205.

To choose is difficult, because very personal and no bad choices at this level. You have to try them, and follow your objective preference...
