I don't get it, either. I feel like I'm in the minority: I've had one water bottle (a Hydroflask) for about a decade. The Stanley mugs are very much so a (generally) female fashion/status statement, like Ugg boots were in the early 00s. Give it a year or so & people will be able to go about their days without carrying an office cooler jug under their arms for fear of dying of dehydration.
