Looks great!
U can easily shoot the moon handheld without any worries about camera shake.
Think about it... the moon is very very bright and it requires almost no time to leave it's mark on the camera sensor.
Here is one I took last night.
Settings: Handheld, 300mm, F/5.6, 1/1000 second.
