I’d be careful going down the route of an independent. I put my SMP in for service few years back & went for an independent based on some other forum recommendations. Watch came back & wasn’t right - kept on stopping on my wrist. Went back & they said couldn’t replicate the issue. Came back & same. Ended up going to local boutique & came clean about issue/ where done. They then sorted the issue
