Made a small mistake when i was sizing the strap. I kept cutting one section of the strap at a time, making sure i wasn’t cutting too much off. Got it installed and it was a perfect fit, then i realized i didn’t have the “glidelock” all the way in, in fact it was almost all the way out. It fit fine but didn’t leave me much room to lengthen the strap (which i actually use a lot on all my watches with our variable climate in North Dakota).
Ordered a new one from Breitling for $80 and it was delivered overnight w/ free shipping. Even came with a nice watch pouch. Well done Breitling. I wish other brands (cough, Tudor) would offer this kind of service.
