Thanks for all of the information, very helpful! I don't mind having to wind more often, I kind of like the interaction, (kind of funny to say it like that with regards to an inanimate object) I wind my Speedmaster every day when I am wearing it and I think it is fun. You are right that the dial looks cleaner without the '8 DAYS'. I guess it will come down to whether I like the brown dial, or if I prefer black.
