This is the back with the feet positioned for the 1575 movement that is in a 1675. The 16753 uses a 3075 movement which had the feet in very different positions (one foot is right next to the date window)

I have read that some of the very first 16753's actually did have the applied gold crown before they changed to the printed crown.
