Not really. First of all it’s local so he’s paying taxes on that gold watch which he loses another $3k. Then if it’s the black face it’s worth like $23k. In other words the price difference is $2k and if he pays taxes on Daytona and can avoid that from a DavidSw the difference is only $1k. But he freezes $30k to get there and had to deal with reselling etc. I can see it still be worth it if you buy on a cc giving you miles but it doesn’t become a great deal.
