Yup. Marburg and Ebola are also both likely originated from bush meat. Can't really think of a good reason to eat a bat or a pangolin, and I'd just as soon not be around anyone who does.

If I eat a oyster and get a vibrio infection, that's on me, and can be contained. These exotic bugs (and I'm still not convinced this one didn't come from a biological warfare lab), seem to run rampant.
