I have become a huge Irish Whiskey fan over the last several years. It has become my drink of choice.
Never drink Scotch anymore.
But I do like a good Bourbon.

I also quite like Green Spot and Yellow Spot. I got a Green Spot finished in Bordeaux casks while visiting the Jameson Distillery in Dublin last summer. LOL, That is long gone!
I've made a couple of trips to NY this summer and paid a visit each trip to the Dead Rabbit. Oh, man! What a menu. Did many tastings. Way too many to remember them all.
