I think the Daytona is the best movement Rolex makes and I like chronographs so for me the Daytona is the pinnacle of the Rolex Professional models. That written, I think the Submariner is the most iconic and would be my Rolex of choice if I could own only one Rolex. Also, the Speedmaster is far more iconic than the Daytona.
