Great review !

This here is my first contribution to Rolex Forums.

I had just bought the 126600, after looking for 116600 for months. The same reasons mentioned, 43mm growth and the cyclops swayed me away from it. I really wanted a modern Rolex dive watch, but hated the bulky lugs on the Submariner. So, SD4K was my target. But when I saw SD50 in front of me, I had to take it and give it a shot with the bigger size. Superb quality, easy to read, sturdy like nothing else. But, I wasnt so convinced by the size, to big on my wrist, and the ceramic bezel was wider thus giving it more surface area to shine and sparkle. Something I try to avoid (not that there’s anything wrong with that). But that only cemented my love for modern Rolex watches and their quality, and now I’m trying to sell my SD50 to get my hands on a SD4K.

The red “SEA DWELLER” on the dial..? Oh dear god it’s just fantastic to look at.
