South Korea is a model nation. They jumped on this early, emphasizing testing. Their fatality rate is so low because they are treating it well, and have a very good count of their infected (maybe the best count). Italy is a bad example- they didn’t jump on it and still have dramatically undercounted cases.

The US started out more like Italy, but hopefully is catching up with the South Koreans approach, with more testing available.
