Great idea - hope this helps a little -

Serial Number - 8758* (please provide at least the first 4 digits and the number of total digits)

- Quarter/Year - Only if documented (case back imprints, Tudor service statements, original papers, etc.) Do not speculate on the date....only if positively known - exact date not known until it's serviced shortly

- Model Name/number Submariner 76100

- Movement - calibre, serial #, jewel content, rotor description, hack/non-hack ETA2824-1 25 jewel, date, hacking

- Case/Bracelet - metal type, description of: bezel, winding crown, case back imprints, case dimension in millimeters excluding crown, type and model # of bracelet, end link numbers, case back inscriptions SS case and bracelet, rotating bezel with faded insert. Rolex signed triplock crown. Approx 39.5mm (full size), Original folded link 9315t bracelet with 380B end links. Tudor fliplock clasp engraved with watch case number. Caseback marked ORIGINAL OYSTER CASE BY ROLEX GENEVA.

- Dial/Hands - color of dial, description of: hour markers, metal and style of hands, spell out lettering on the dial, location of luminous dots if any, any unique characteristics if original dial and hands
Blue Gloss enamel dial, Flat Tritium markers, Original tritium hands with unique "lollipop" non mercedes hour hand, Dial printing TUDOR PRINCE OYSTERDATE 200M=660FT SUBMARINER T-SWISS-T

- Notes - your name or identifier as the contributor of the information, any corroborating data such as actual dates from paperwork, original retail store names, original sales invoice, Tudor papers, history of the watch, etc.

Owner - Darren (F1000) no paperwork but due a service shortly which will hopefully confirm more information.
