The pill version isn't bad, they issue is the amount of turmeric in the pill. Most companies dont' put much in it they add other things instead. So we stick with fresh turmeric from the grocery.
Just a heads up straight turmeric taste like dirt, so add it something like tea, orange juice, coconut oil etc.
