Well Al I would have thought it was perfectly obvious just by looking at the
bridge structure.So obviously not designed for cars or trains,but for walking
hence a footbridge.All others designed for cars trains etc we call a bridge,
or sometimes for trains a viaduct or if it carries a waterway a aqua duct.
