Small amount in the teeth, nothing on the washer or inner snap lip of the bezel or midcase. It's mainly just to reduce wear on the teeth and click spring.
Krytox grease can also work in a pinch but Fomblin is one grade thicker. If you can find Fomblin then it's your best option.
