Marketing is nowhere near as good as the product which is exceptional. Pricing policy is clearly not right as you should not need to discount if you have your model tested thoroughly. Communication is of the "echo chamber" type - social media talking to existing enthusiasts who already know the story. There's a need for deeper storytelling and greater reach to give HNW individuals meaningful "social currency" for Lange, and therefore the confidence to buy.
