If it is a straight forward repair and watch is running, the on average it should be within 3 to 4 hours. If there is other needs such as, re-staffing the balance wheel or escapement work, then you can add an hour or two.

No vintage movement is equal...bushings can be worn, train wheels having too much or not enough endshake and many other variables come into play to give an exact time frame.
