It's not completely uncommon to see glossy 6610 dials like this, although the matte, burnt out look is more the norm. It should be very easy to find out if it could be 1016 OCC just by looking between the lugs. But if you say it's from 1956, then 1016 is out of the question.
The lume looks a bit off and I would guess relume on both hands and dial. Just reference the perfect 6610 you posted mid september. What happened to that watch btw?
