I hate to say it, but this is a known problem with these watches.
I have owned 7 of them, one had an issue.
It's not a big deal and AP will repair it promptly.
I wish they would take the steps to prevention vs having so many new pieces have the same reoccurring problem. It's not new news with this movement.
