Following the high power-high grease advice on wine, I found some Chicharrón prensado (pork)....so I heated corn tortillas...add chicharron...salsa.... IMPRESSIVE!!!!!!!!!! Flavors just burst, it is unbelievable!!!!!!!! A match made in heaven!
