I would choose 5712 out of personal preference amongst the 3 choices. Although I agree with you on the pricing and the onerous setting of the MP (some people don't set the MP at all), I feel that this dial is a masterpiece. The asymmetrical indicators and the petit second hand, with a touch of red, seem to work very well on a blue background. Kudos to the person who designed this dial
The 5164, 5167 and CB are all nice watches, there are no bad choices here regardless how it turns out for you eventually.
