I love all my watches for different reasons and do have both right a Rolex GMT and Speedy Pro right now.
To answer your question thinking of functionality only and not the history of both watches, as I travel a lot for work across continents, the GMT has far more use to me than a chronograph. I don’t think I have ever used my chrono but use the GMT function at least once a month.
So if I had to loose one of them - it would unfortunately be the Speedy Pro.
