I'd go 16710 (or 16700). It'll give you the most versatility in terms of appearance and function. You can switch up inserts to give you different looks, which is also fun.

You would also avoid the tricky waters of buying a vintage Tudor. Buying the Rolex, as a newer reference, would not have quite as many minefields to navigate compared to the world of vintage watches.
