Th dial has been swapped, as the watch it is a 16758 GMT, not a GMT II, said this, the watch looks great, if price is good I would go for it and then look around for a proper dial.
Watch is 1984/1985.
Do not touch the case, that oxidation make it awesome, I would bui it just for this.
