What would happen if you offered the guy 2500. If I was the seller and was selling something and someone offered me almost triple of my asking price my first instict would be " its probably worth a heck more since this guy is offering me only 3 times my asking price" then I would think maybe its worth 10 times hmmmm. Sometimes better to keep your mouth shut.
