Just purchased a 1986 GMT Master II 16760. It appears to have a Submariner bezel with a GMT Insert. Only turns to the left and clicks 120 time in one revolution of the bezel.

Am in discussions with the seller regarding resolution but would appreciate any input? How was this done? Does this indicate a fake?
