Also I do not believe the prior advice about enforcing judgments in the USA, and CA is completely accurate, I would check on that. I believe you can file motions to have the court enforce judgments once awarded.

I do not think it is certain you have won any battles at this point. I think the hulk is possible fake stolen or fraken. Some of the fakes are shockingly good. Bring it to Rolex RSC and ask them about it's serviceability.

I think you are very considerate but need to tone down threats and move forward with an attorney. What's that phrase "no good deed goes unpunished", helping him out by not filing complaints through legal system may open you up to a countersuit. For the same reason I would ask the Mods to change the title, as the watch was not stolen by FedEx and that may also expose you to liability.
