Pivo I dont kow what watch you called about to have repaired but I dont fix all brands and I talk to 50 plus people a day so refresh my memory and if you have already had it fixed sorry about that. I do my best to be instructive and courteous when talking to customers but some watches can't be fixed or parts can not be sourced and some watches are meant to be worn and when they stop throw them away it's the world we live in. I don't work on Timex either does this make me a bad guy? Thanx Rik
