My understanding is the two internal O-rings in the crown tube will provide about 50 meters of water resistance if in top condition and properly lubricated in the 703 crown/tube assembly (which you have).
Should be fine unless it has been more than a year since the last pressure check. But, even at that, you just rinsed it under running water so I doubt there will be any issues.
