I think some of the other Tampa-based folks would have more info than I would...I've only been in the area for about a year as a full-time resident.
I've never been to Lutz and have not had the best experiences at International Mall. Depending on what I'm wearing when I visit them the SA are either very dismissive or too aggressive.
Jeff at Harold Freeman is a nice guy and I enjoy chatting with him about different pieces. I have not inquired about a Sub, however.
