The close up of the nib shows the tip appears to be cut at an angle which indicates that it is an oblique nib.

The nib says 14k which is not what I would expect, but is this the white gold 149? I'm not sure. Is this an earlier model 149 again I can't say.

I would be reluctant to buy a pen with a personalised signature cap, as that would mean nothing to me, apart from resale price.

On the cap ring it should state "149" but the seller has not shown that, this makes me a little suspicious.

From the photos the shape of the pen & cap tend to make me think this is a 146 as it is more elongated than the chunkier and stout shape of the 149.

I'd say pass, but definitely if you want to proceed more information and detailed clear photographs are required.
