You can buy and sell them through Coinbase. There are some limitations, but they are not bad at all once you verify your identity. If you prefer not to verify, that's a different story and Coinbase may not be the exchange for you. For the rest of us though, it it extremely easy to use and worth the spread they take on each transaction.
