I have the same problem. It's my understanding that if your watch is still under the original wty an AD won't open it. It has to go to Rolex. If you bought from an AD they can ship it to Rolex for you. I would think they would pay for shipping but I need to ask that question.
My watch is less than a year old and running fast like yours. I've been reluctant to let it go but need to get it fixed.
