Like others have posted here, I recently had a most enjoyable experience working with Liz at Ermitage Jewelers for the by-phone purchase of a perfect pre-owned Rolex. Liz was courteous and friendly, cooperative, very knowledgeable, and 100% honest. Highly recommend!
