I am interested in the 44mm AP ROO chronograph, ref 26400 stainless steel. Any experts can advice if this a good time piece to own as in the following.

1. Cost of maintaince
2. Value of investment (any idea how many % des AP increase fees yearly)
3. How much should I pay a Preowned watch?
