Hi, I have been lurking around this forum for months but when I stumbled on this thread about my favorite Rolex model the Explorer II I just had to join in. I also think it is way under apreciated but on the other side that's why I probably love it even more, I've seen loads of people with GMT's and Subs( and of course look a like's of these watches by other companies) but I've never spotted the Explorer II on anyone else in the wild. Nice to see other members are puting Nato or similar straps on there Explorer II's as well. I'm now wearing it on a black Yaffle strap( looks like Nato but a bit different) and also have one in the Bond color scheme. Pictures aren't very good but just to give you an idea. Hope more people keep posting pics of theire Explorer II's.
